About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a cross-functional engineering squad

Requirements
What you’ll need- Two-plus years of genuine EM experience
- Senior engineering background
- B2C background, ideally in acquisition or growth
- Ability to challenge code and push back on scope
- Experience running lean experiments and framing trade-offs
