• Strategic Executive Assistant apprenticeship to the Founder focused on entrepreneurship and leadership development
• Master the Founder's inbox: triage, handle ~90% issues autonomously, and protect the Founder's time
• Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and act as a force multiplier for communication and follow-up
• Take full ownership of Long-Term Rental (LTR) portfolio: tenant relations, lease management, maintenance coordination, and financial performance
• Track key metrics, identify revenue growth and cost savings, and implement performance improvements
• After 6–12 months, rotate through Short-Term Rentals (STR), Operations Improvement, and Human Resources & Culture for 360° company exposure and leadership readiness
