Property Operations Coordinator – US Real Estate
TruPorch HomesVirtual Property Operations Coordinator for Truporch Homes managing US real estate rental operations and tenant relations. Overseeing leasing processes and maintenance project coordination from a remote location.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the entire leasing process: from handling inquiries and screening tenants to preparing and managing digital lease agreements.
- Serve as the main contact for all tenant needs, providing excellent and professional customer service.
- Skillfully coordinate smooth move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and security deposit returns.
- Oversee rent collection and professionally manage the eviction process when necessary, following all procedures.
- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch our maintenance team and vendors to resolve property issues.
- Coordinate property turnovers and minor renovations, creating schedules and ensuring they stay on track and within budget.
- Maintain perfectly organized digital files for all properties, tenants, and work orders in our property management software.
- Track all maintenance and project expenses, review invoices, and help us run a cost-efficient operation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in Property Management is essential.
- Your background must include both tenant relations and maintenance coordination.
- Confident in your ability to direct team members and manage vendors.
- Strong understanding of the US real estate rental process (leasing, tenant laws, etc.).
- Experience managing schedules, ordering materials, and tracking budgets.
- Comfortable working full-time on a US time zone schedule (graveyard shift).
- You must have your own reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
