About the role

  • Own end-to-end execution of enterprise-level transformation programs.
  • Break down large initiatives into structured, trackable workstreams with clear owners and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain detailed program plans, dependency maps, RAID logs, and milestone trackers.
  • Drive weekly execution cadences and enforce accountability across stakeholders.
  • Escalate and resolve blockers quickly to maintain forward momentum.
  • Align functional teams on priorities, sequencing, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure clarity of scope and prevent scope creep through disciplined change control.
  • Facilitate working sessions to resolve operational friction and decision bottlenecks.
  • Track and manage cross-team dependencies to avoid delivery delays.
  • Establish structured reporting mechanisms (dashboards, status reports, executive summaries).
  • Lead program review forums and provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership.
  • Monitor progress against KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain visibility into risks, mitigation plans, and issue resolution.
  • Support implementation of new systems, tools, workflows, or operating models.
  • Partner with business leaders to transition initiatives from project phase to steady-state operations.
  • Ensure adoption plans are in place and measurable outcomes are achieved.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement post-launch.
  • Track tangible business outcomes (efficiency gains, cycle time reductions, cost savings, revenue enablement, risk reduction).

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or large-scale cross-functional delivery within SaaS, fintech, or technology environments.
  • Proven experience leading multi-workstream initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Strong track record of driving execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong project and program management discipline.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
  • High accountability mindset with bias toward action.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity while maintaining structure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
