About the role
- Responsible for leadership and supervision of store personnel
- Inventory tracking and management
- Achieving key performance metrics
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Delivering exceptional customer experience
- Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards
- Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
- Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Coach, train, and develop the team focused on company service standards
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Prior cash handling experience
- Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff
- Able to communicate in conversational English
- Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions
