Own the customization and configuration of our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, CommonRoom, and various other automation platforms to support business objectives
Maximize the ROI of these tools by improving usability and functionality for the team
Audit existing workflows and integrations to unlock new ways to scale outreach, automate insights, and drive performance
Redesign processes to eliminate friction for sales and marketing teams
Identify and implement process improvements across sales and marketing teams
Automate repetitive tasks and unify tools to ensure seamless data flow and integration across our tech stack
Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key metrics (close rates, ARR, pipeline health, outbound performance)
Ensure data reliability and consistency to support strategic decision-making
Provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics that drive strategic decisions
Maintain impeccable data hygiene across all systems
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable, efficient system workflows
Empower sales and marketing teams with data-driven tools and processes needed to meet or exceed their goals
Act as the operational bridge between sales and marketing, aligning goals, data, and reporting
Requirements
Experience working in revenue/sales operations, preferably at high-growth startups
Experience with GTM tools and systems including marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus), sales tools (Outreach, Gong, etc.), and general SaaS metrics
Data analysis skills with experience building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
Familiarity with creating custom solutions and revenue operations best practices
