System Administrator

• Own the customization and configuration of our GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, CommonRoom, and various other automation platforms to support business objectives
• Maximize the ROI of these tools by improving usability and functionality for the team
• Audit existing workflows and integrations to unlock new ways to scale outreach, automate insights, and drive performance
• Redesign processes to eliminate friction for sales and marketing teams
• Identify and implement process improvements across sales and marketing teams
• Automate repetitive tasks and unify tools to ensure seamless data flow and integration across our tech stack
• Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key metrics (close rates, ARR, pipeline health, outbound performance)
• Ensure data reliability and consistency to support strategic decision-making
• Provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics that drive strategic decisions
• Maintain impeccable data hygiene across all systems
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable, efficient system workflows
• Empower sales and marketing teams with data-driven tools and processes needed to meet or exceed their goals
• Act as the operational bridge between sales and marketing, aligning goals, data, and reporting
