• Own full-cycle accounting process, including month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Execute revenue recognition process
• Perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking
• Manage AR/AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections strategy
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making

• Provide white-glove service: educate merchants on best practices, gather feedback, and build deep relationships

• Partner closely with enterprise-level brands to integrate HSA/FSA eligibility into their commerce stack
• Design and deliver clear and actionable onboarding plans, manage partner expectations, and drive onboarding progress from contract signature through launch
