About the role
- Contribute to the organizational training and development strategy
- Play a key role in shaping the training and development requirements
- Planning trainings for new hires and existing staff
- Designing and implementing training programmes
- Meet and greet new hires
- Periodically review of training content
- Validate batch reports and help conduct OJT reviews
- Handling internal BI of the training team
- Track and share weekly updates
- Address any training grievances
- Planning for KT calls
- Follow escalation process for trainees
