Program Manager

• Support the end-to-end onboarding of new brand partners, translating their unique needs into Trove’s technical and operational workflows.
• Coordinate across technical and logistical teams to ensure software integrations (e.g., Shopify, ERP systems like M3) and 3PL setups are executed flawlessly.
• Develop documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support new partner integrations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for European brand partners, building trust and managing long-term strategic relationships.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments, facilitating discussions on everything from carrier rates and packaging to marketing statements and program expansion.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities to scale partner programs across EMEA.
• Execute financial tasks and reporting under the direction of the US Finance Team to ensure alignment with global standards.
• Support the transition and validation of business models, such as moving from principal to agent models for net revenue recognition.

• Partner with Product and Design to turn ambiguous ideas into clean, intuitive flows
• Ship experiments quickly, then iterate and expand on what works
• Improve app performance, responsiveness, and reliability at scale
• Implement networking layers and real-time updates that power live marketplace activity
• Make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed and maintainability
• Raise the bar on code quality, architecture, and engineering culture

Content Creator

• Create and ship content across social and community channels, testing ideas and iterating based on data, trends, and engagement
• Be on the front lines: start conversations, answer questions, and define how Trove interacts with users
• Support launches, drops, and key moments across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and the platforms we choose to invest in
• Listen closely to what the community is saying (or not saying) and translate that into clear, actionable insights
• Explore new platforms, formats, and ways to engage — then double down on what works
• Collaborate with creators, partners, and early advocates to amplify their content and reach
• Build light, simple structure so content and community can scale without slowing us down
