About the role
- Functions as an additional HR Business Partner for a manufacturing facility.
- Works collaboratively with plant to improve business results.
- Assists in developing effective long-term staffing plans.
- Plan, develop, and implement wage and salary programs.
- Consult with employees at all levels to provide solutions that support positive business results.
- Evaluate changing demographics and develop new programs.
- Manage and track safety training and safety programs.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Five years of progressive experience in Human Resources at a management level.
- Experience independently identifying, developing and leading key strategic projects.
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
