About the role

  • Functions as an additional HR Business Partner for a manufacturing facility.
  • Works collaboratively with plant to improve business results.
  • Assists in developing effective long-term staffing plans.
  • Plan, develop, and implement wage and salary programs.
  • Consult with employees at all levels to provide solutions that support positive business results.
  • Evaluate changing demographics and develop new programs.
  • Manage and track safety training and safety programs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Five years of progressive experience in Human Resources at a management level.
  • Experience independently identifying, developing and leading key strategic projects.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and payroll software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
