About the role

  • Perform regular counts of finished goods inventory and record numbers.
  • Report out on inventory available for upcoming orders.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team to set up outbound freight as well as communicate with customers to meet their materials needs.
  • Manage and retain all shipping paperwork.
  • Create OTIF status reports as well as any other reports needed by Trivium Management.
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and schedule any needed maintenance (walkie talkies, tow motors, etc.)
  • Lead, train and develop Team Leads and Materials Handlers.
  • Conduct performance reviews, interviews for direct reports.
  • Ensures assignments meet established standards and deadlines.
  • Authority to stop and/or modify work processes due to non-conformance and/or unsafe working conditions.
  • Report all potential food safety concerns to the quality assurance manager.
  • Perform all other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent related experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in managing employees and warehouse goods.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Previous experience using computerized system to track and document the transformation of raw materials to finished goods.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
