Developing and managing strategic partnerships with businesses and organizations to grow the business
Identifying and qualifying new leads, developing proposals, tailoring and offering suitable programs
Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, providing excellent customer service and introducing relevant Training programs
Monitoring delivery milestones and coordinating with subject matter experts from the training team
Drafting and negotiating contracts and service agreements with external organizations, working closely with internal stakeholders from Legal, Insurance, Taxation etc.
Requirements
B2B sales experience is a MUST
Proficiency with MS Office suite of tools
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Prior outdoor sales experience is an added advantage
