Act as the subscriptions marketing lead for Risk.net, WatersTechnology and FX Markets.
Work alongside the Global Marketing Director to design and deliver strategies to retain and grow subscriptions revenue, engage subscribers, and generate leads.
Manage a team of five marketers based in London, Lisbon, and Nashville.
Collaborate with brand leadership to review and refine strategy, driving engagement, retention, and acquisition.
Use HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Piano to deliver lead generation, campaign execution, website optimisation, and subscriber onboarding journeys.
Provide regular reporting to senior management and board level, including monthly subscriptions performance reports.
Execute and track marketing activities across digital and offline channels, including automated workflows and website optimisation.
Build and manage data acquisition strategies, conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative), and analyse competitor offerings.
Work closely with sales, customer services, and other marketing teams; explore opportunities to increase efficiencies through AI and contribute to wider business projects as required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B subscriptions marketing.
Strong command of English and proven copywriting ability.
Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team.
Advanced knowledge of HubSpot and CRM systems.
Analytical, with experience using Power BI, Excel, and Google Analytics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
Highly organised, problem-solving, and commercially driven.
