Requirements
10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within a finance department
Demonstrated expertise in financial system selection, implementation, or transformation projects
Strong understanding of specialized operations and requirements within financial services
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external consultants
