About the role

  • Triskele Labs is a cybersecurity services firm built on the principles of trust, delivery excellence, and deep client relationships. We work across advisory, offensive, defensive, and response services to deliver long-term security outcomes, not quick fixes or generic advice.
  • Our approach is tailored, pragmatic, and outcome-focused. We value relationships, not transactions. We are scaling rapidly, and with that comes the need for strong Service Delivery minded people that can build structure while enhancing the client experience.
  • We are hiring a DFIR Service Delivery Manager to join our growing Service Delivery team. This is a client-facing role responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of Digital Forensics and Incident Response services across our diverse client base.
  • You will work closely with the Head of Service Delivery, other Service Delivery Managers, and DFIR team members to ensure high-quality, timely, and effective response to cyber incidents. Acting as a key liaison between clients and technical specialists, you will ensure that engagements run smoothly, clients remain informed, and outcomes deliver real value.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, ideally within cybersecurity or IT consulting, with proven ability to deliver complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and familiarity with technologies such as firewalls, IDS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
  • Skilled in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (project management certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 highly desirable).
  • Professional, adaptable, and confident under pressure with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
