Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the transactional finance function across the international group
• Lead the change agenda for automation in finance
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of month-end information (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, KPIs)
• Accountable for integrity and quality of transactional finance and reporting
• Lead financial processes and controls compliance across multiple regions
• Oversee accounting, tax and compliance across UK and US
• Manage relationships with overseas advisors and tax authorities
• Lead annual audit process and produce annual statutory financial statements
• Coach and develop the finance team, creating clear career paths
