Full-stack Engineer

• You will be working in a small squad with between 2 and 6 people responsible for building, growing and maintaining different parts of the Triptease stack.
• We have both frontend and backend components, with a lean towards backend.
• All our teams are small, empowered and autonomous: we own the strategy and actions we need to take to be successful

• We run daily standups, weekly planning and frequent retros and feedback sessions.

• We practice trunk based development and continuous delivery.

Senior Software Engineer

• Pair program with teammates for the majority of your coding time.

• Execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for the ANZ and Pacific region to accelerate brand presence.
• Identify, prioritize, and close high-value deals with hotel groups and management companies.
• Deliver high-energy presentations - both on-stage at regional events and in the boardroom.
• Maintain a "rocket-ship" follow-up cadence, navigating the full sales cycle from lead generation to complex commercial negotiation and close.
• Utilize a deep understanding of the hotel e-commerce & distribution landscape to build tailored ROI-based proposals.
