Financial Planning and Analysis

• End-to-end management of the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely execution across all entities.(UK, Spain, Portugal, USA, Singapore and contractors)
• Oversight of the AP function, ensuring invoices are processed, approved and paid accurately and on time.
• Assisting the FC and the FD to deliver a migration to Rippling for HR and Payroll and then a migration away from Xero to a more sophisticated finance system.
• Processing of Sales Tax and VAT submissions.
• Pensions, Payroll & PAYE control account reconciliations
• Wages analysis to support headcount reporting and cost control.
• Preparation and maintenance of cost analysis files, identifying variances to budget and providing clear explanations.
• Accruals for missing costs
• Working with the marketing team to record expected income and costs and cashflow timings.
• Daily oversight and management of the Finance Assistant.
• Ad Hoc duties such as responding to operational finance queries from across the business as and when they arise.
• Supporting ad hoc projects and analysis as directed by the Financial Controller or wider finance leadership.

• Become a voice for Triptease in the NORAM market — outbound prospecting and brand-building.
• Own your territory: Create and execute smart engagement strategies and cadences.
• Leverage tools (like Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Clay) and experiment with AI-driven outreach to personalize and scale faster.
• Pitch, negotiate and close — tailoring solutions that help hotels win.
• Craft strategic proposals based on performance data, marketing pain points, and competitive insights.
