About the role
- Design immersive store layouts reflecting campaigns and seasons to guide customer journeys
- Translate concepts into physical displays and highlight key products
- Create detailed visual guides to ensure consistent brand presentation across stores
- Set up and refresh displays quickly and accurately
- Research trends and analyse data to optimise displays
- Collaborate with marketing, retail and design teams to deliver a unified brand experience
- Train and communicate design concepts to store teams and support flawless execution
- Source materials within budget and manage supplier relationships
- Ensure cost-effective execution of visual merchandising activities
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring displays deliver impactful customer experiences
Requirements
- Proven visual merchandising expertise, with a focus on beauty brands in retail/concessions environments
- Experience working for beauty or fragrance brands (highly desirable)
- Education relevant to the field of visual merchandising
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise multiple deadlines
- Ambitious and looking for a challenge
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and SketchUp
