About the role

  • Generate and close equipment financing transactions
  • Assist in development of new relationships with long-term growth potential
  • Know and articulate Amur Equipment Finance’s core business value proposition
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers
  • Partner primarily with equipment vendors and direct end-users
  • Structure attractive equipment finance solutions with ticket sizes $50K to $2MM
  • Operate in dynamic team environment and leverage industry knowledge
  • Work with internal departments to ensure appropriate lease proposal responses

Requirements

  • Responsible for identifying, developing, structuring and closing equipment finance opportunities
  • Engage with C-level decisions makers
  • Responsible for growing Amur's business presence and market share
  • Deliver timely, cost-effective and compelling lease proposals and finance solutions
  • Engage with Credit, Asset Management, Operations, Legal and Syndication
  • Assume full sales cycle responsibility including business development and prospecting
  • Travel as necessary to meet with prospective clients and to various trade shows
  • Develop and maintain relationships with long-term industry leaders
  • Pursue targeted opportunities and maintain activity in internal CRM system
  • Deeply understand prospects' business and industry
  • Prepare custom proposals and obtain customer commitment
  • Initiate and conduct meetings internally and externally as required
