About the role

  • Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Cost Down Consultant to drive impactful cost-reduction initiatives across our European manufacturing sites. With a focus on optimizing Indirect Costs (MRO, Transport & Logistics, Packaging, Energy & Utilities), you will lead value-driven consulting projects that reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and enhance our contribution margins
  • As part of our global organization with over 61 factories worldwide, you will be responsible for consulting on and leading targeted projects of up to six months duration. The role requires flexibility to travel approximately 60% of the time across the region.
  • When not on-site, you’ll have the freedom to work from home or from one of our offices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Continuous Improvement within manufacturing or a consulting environment
  • Demonstrated success in cost-down or efficiency improvement projects
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics
  • Strong project leadership and change management skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
