About the role
- Manage high-volume recruitment for physician/advanced practitioners

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 3-5 years experience in physician recruitment or related physician relations' activities
- Strong understanding of provider compensation models
- Contract negotiation skills required
- Experience in healthcare or healthcare recruitment is highly preferred
