About the role
- Oversee TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering and Healthcare Technology Management services across customers
- Responsible for financial, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Manage departmental budget and staff
- Serve as the primary customer liaison
- Develop detailed action plans to meet performance goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage Joint Commission inspections
- Create a vision and strategy for continuous improvement processes
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in a clinical engineering or equivalent environment
- Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience
- Must have experience as a TRIMEDX Network or Regional Director or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in healthcare, field service operations, clinical engineering, and/or biomedical maintenance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technology savvy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or technological related field is preferred; Master’s degree is desired, MBA is preferred.
