About the role

  • Oversee TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering and Healthcare Technology Management services across customers
  • Responsible for financial, operational performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Manage departmental budget and staff
  • Serve as the primary customer liaison
  • Develop detailed action plans to meet performance goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage Joint Commission inspections
  • Create a vision and strategy for continuous improvement processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in a clinical engineering or equivalent environment
  • Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience
  • Must have experience as a TRIMEDX Network or Regional Director or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in healthcare, field service operations, clinical engineering, and/or biomedical maintenance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology savvy and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or technological related field is preferred; Master’s degree is desired, MBA is preferred.
