About the role
- Lead clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage the execution of the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP)
- Manage operations on a day-to-day basis and collaborate with customers
- Develop colleagues and provide communication between hospital executives and TRIMEDX
- Direct Joint Commission inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Create and manage the network budget
- Plan, implement, and evaluate programs to meet network goals
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members for continuous service excellence
- Oversee and ensure integrity of site inventory and databases
- Manage acquisition, maintenance, and repair of equipment and staff education
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or technological related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a clinical engineering environment
- Minimum 5 years experience leading people
- Experience in regulatory compliance required
- Experience managing financials, contracts, costing, and equipment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
- Ability to oversee and manage day-to-day and long-term site operations
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
- Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills
- Strategic leadership skills to execute initiatives and objectives
- Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills
