8+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, or related technical roles.
3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and system integration.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up-to 30%.
