About the role

  • Responsible for developing, managing, and scaling the AECO Professional Services partner ecosystem.
  • Focuses on strengthening delivery partnerships that expand implementation capacity and support customer success.
  • Manages relationships with strategic implementation and consulting partners.
  • Collaborates with Partner Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and internal delivery teams to position service opportunities.
  • Supports partner enablement through training and operational improvements.
  • Works with internal teams to define partner delivery standards and engagement models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Construction Management, or related field, or comparable relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, professional services, consulting operations, or software implementation environments.
  • Experience working with implementation partners, consulting firms, or channel partners supporting enterprise software delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partner relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting software implementations or professional services delivery programs.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment across Sales, Services, and Partner teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
