About the role
- Execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate previously untapped Tier 1 contractor accounts and maximize new logo acquisition
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes, navigating relationships with Project, IT, and C-Suite personas
- Position the Trimble Viewpoint portfolio as the industry standard for digital project delivery and risk mitigation
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and Professional Services to ensure technical and commercial alignment for high-value enterprise customers
- Maintain a robust 12-month pipeline while providing detailed forecasting to leadership for regional software growth
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions within the construction or engineering industry
- Deep understanding of Common Data Environments (CDE), BIM frameworks, and Field/Site management workflows
- Expert-level proficiency in value-based selling and managing long-term, complex sales cycles
- Exceptional ability to translate technical requirements into high-level business ROI for executive stakeholders
- Existing network within the UK & Ireland Tier 1 contractor space
- Experience with large-scale digital construction platform implementations
