About the role
- Serve as the escalation point on solution design
- Ensure technical configurations are scalable and align with industry standards
- Identify potential technical "dead ends" or custom code risks
- Lead the technical "Blueprints" and "Technical Readiness" reviews
- Act as a liaison to the Product team
- Ensure all technical deliveries meet Public Sector requirements
- Hire, coach, and mentor a team of consultants and solution architects
- Manage service delivery effectiveness with Billable Utilization metrics
- Conduct regular "Red Account" reviews and project audits
Requirements
- 3+ years in Professional Services
- at least 1 year leading technical delivery for Public Sector or Institutional Owner accounts
- Expert knowledge of COBie, IFC standards and integration of BIM data into operational maintenance systems
- Understanding of the O&PS P&L
- Familiarity with government procurement cycles and technical security audits for public infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in PSA tools (e.g. Kantata)
- Experience reviewing Government Request for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
