About the role

  • Serve as the final authority on solution design.
  • Ensure technical configurations for customers are scalable and align with industry standards.
  • Identify potential technical "dead ends" or custom code risks early in the lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary liaison to the Product team, advocating for features that reduce technical implementation friction.
  • Ensure all technical deliveries meet stringent Public Sector requirements.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager of AECO Resource & Project Management to manage resource allocation.
  • Own the Billable Utilization metrics for the delivery team, balancing employee burnout with corporate profitability targets.
  • Partner with the Manager of Professional Services Business Development to validate the technical feasibility of Statements of Work.
  • Conduct regular "Red Account" reviews and project audits.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Professional Services, with at least 5 specifically leading technical delivery for Public Sector or Institutional Owner accounts.
  • Expert knowledge of COBie, IFC standards, and the integration of BIM data into operational maintenance systems.
  • Deep understanding of the O&PS P&L, including the nuances of managing high-margin technical consulting within fixed-price government frameworks.
  • Familiarity with government procurement cycles and the technical security audits required for public infrastructure projects.
  • High proficiency in PSA (Professional Services Automation) tools (e.g. Kantata) for tracking billable hours and resource skills.
  • Experience reviewing Government Request for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
