About the role

  • Meet sales targets.
  • Implement the go-to-market strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the construction market.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Trimble products and competitors' offerings.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reporting, including the sales opportunity pipeline, sales forecasts, and productivity insights in Salesforce.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure marketing programs are aligned with overall sales objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and close strategic opportunities.
  • Develop plans and strategies for account acquisition and expansion.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction and/or AEC industry, preferably with enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively, convey information accurately, and proactively seek feedback.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior-level executives, both internally and externally.
  • Expertise in sales strategies and methodologies, strategic planning, and execution.
  • Strong time management, decision-making, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and achieve short-term financial results while working on long-term projects.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, if required.
  • Fluent in French with advanced proficiency in English.
