Build and manage a pipeline of data center project opportunities within with a focus on early engagement and long-term growth.
Work closely with local colocation operators and their design and construction partners to define project needs and identify opportunities for Danfoss solutions.
Act as the central coordination point collaborating with regional sales, OEM Key Account Managers, and product line sales drivers to ensure Danfoss content is positioned effectively through the appropriate sales channels.
Represent Danfoss in local data center associations and participate in relevant exhibitions and networking events to strengthen market presence and customer relationships.
Support sales leadership with account planning, funnel management, and reporting on wins, losses, and market intelligence.
Provide local market insights and shifting needs of data center thermal management application to inform broader European product strategy and execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum three years of commercial HVAC/R industry experience, preferably emphasis on data center infrastructure, cooling, and electronics thermal management.
Strong knowledge and network of Data Center stakeholders (consultants, integrators, large end-users) preferred.
Proven working experience in fast-moving, multi-cultural, data center industry preferred.
Project Management experience is ideal.
Danfoss is a global organization, so candidates must be fluent in English (spoken & written).
Willingness to travel 50%-75% in the region of South Europe.
