Oversight and management of allocations, grants, and county, federal, and state funds, to include maintaining tracking and reporting of all spending and maintaining a thorough understanding of the general ledger structure and financial reporting requirements.
Oversight and approvals of credit card purchases.
Assist in budget preparation related to State funding, grants, and county funds.
Responsible for communication and coordination with external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Requirements
Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business and three (3) years of experience in Business;
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business and one (1) year of experience in Business;
OR Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must reside within North Carolina.
