Collecting, interpreting, and identifying trends in data
Development of standard and ad hoc data reports for quality reporting and performance improvement
Financial reclassifications and adjustments to the financial baseline as a result of approved contract changes
Track KPIs and prepare financial reports
Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes
Develop financial projections and build financial models
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and company policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or comparable discipline; or combination of post-secondary education and experience (required)
3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting (required)
Experience with both capital and operating expense management (preferred)
Healthcare experience (preferred)
Data analysis & interpretation
Communication and presentation
Internal Customers Relationship building with external partners
Ability to work seamlessly within both organization and partner technology, processes and systems
