About the role
- Collecting, interpreting, and identifying trends in data
- Development of standard and ad hoc data reports for quality reporting and performance improvement
- Financial reclassifications and adjustments to the financial baseline as a result of approved contract changes
- Track KPIs and prepare financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes
- Develop financial projections and build financial models
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or comparable discipline; or combination of post-secondary education and experience (required)
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or accounting (required)
- Experience with both capital and operating expense management (preferred)
- Healthcare experience (preferred)
- Data analysis & interpretation
- Communication and presentation
- Internal Customers Relationship building with external partners
- Ability to work seamlessly within both organization and partner technology, processes and systems
