About the role
- Manage, evaluate, and execute key business objectives for Colonial Penn and Washington National
- Lead a team of Sales Operations Coordinators
- Serve as a project manager for key sales projects
- Work closely with Customer Engagement, Training, and Quality Assurance teams
- Act as a key stakeholder for sales platform enhancements
- Collaborate with Licensing, IT, Marketing, and Legal
- Support the management of Inbound call center activities
- Establish scalable and measurable processes to support the long-term success
- Drive business process optimization to enhance sales growth and efficiency
- Perform comprehensive sales data integrity checks
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools to design workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent
- 8 year work experience required
- At least 7 years of progressive business management, consulting, or strategic research and planning
- Relevant Graduate degree/Certifications, a plus
- Proven experience managing multiple, complex and time-sensitive cross-functional projects simultaneously with high quality results
