Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with agency goals, including process redesigns, organizational restructuring, technology adoption, and cultural shifts.
Establish and maintain a proven change management methodology and toolkit to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and measurable results across projects.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the scope of change initiatives and ensure seamless integration.
Build and lead a high-performing team of change management practitioners and project managers.
Develop and implement change communication strategies that inform, engage, and motivate employees at all levels to embrace change.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed based on feedback and results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of three (3) years of project management and/or program development experience in Human Services, Public Health, Human Resources, or Education field.
Certificate in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or similar).
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must reside within North Carolina.
Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
