Architect

• Perform site visits for the architecture and engineering team as necessary
• Survey an average of 4 typical sites or 8 BAP sites weekly
• Use company equipment to scan and provide accurate measurements of the lease space
• Note ADA violations in detail for architectural and engineering purposes
• Photo document site interior and exterior
• Responsible for turning in monthly expense report on time and keeping track of site expenses
• Other duties as assigned
