About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform site visits for the architecture and engineering team as necessary
Survey an average of 4 typical sites or 8 BAP sites weekly
Use company equipment to scan and provide accurate measurements of the lease space
Note ADA violations in detail for architectural and engineering purposes
Photo document site interior and exterior
Responsible for turning in monthly expense report on time and keeping track of site expenses
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge and experience in architectural/construction principles
Spatial intelligence and ability to sketch
North Sound technical abilities, such as mobile mapping, use of iPads, etc
Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe and other similar software
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Valid Driver License
Be an independent worker dedicated to excellence
Ability to draft in CAD
