About the role

  • Define the overarching media planning and buying strategy for the agency
  • Serve as a thought leader on the evolving media landscape
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of Traffic Managers
  • Own the performance metrics of all managed campaigns
  • Act as a senior client contact for all media-related discussions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in media planning and buying
  • 8+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and scaling a paid media team (4+ direct reports)
  • Proven history of managing and scaling annual media budgets exceeding $20M+
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in key platforms, including: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Expert understanding of the e-commerce full-funnel, customer journey mapping, and the relationship between media, creative, site conversion, and LTV.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
