• You'll own Potential Infraction Calls, High-Risk Call Reviews (sales over specific dollar amounts), and Refunded Call Reviews.
• You’ll create Quality Infractions and make sure every rep completes the assigned training so issues never repeat.
• You’ll become the guardian who helps our entire team achieve complete script adherence without variation.
• Daily, you’ll play a direct role in helping management reach KPI Benchmarks and lead the charge to completely eliminate all compliance infraction risk from Tribe.

• Review every sales rep and appointment setting rep under closing thresholds
• Deliver precise actionable feedback using performance assessment template
• Send exact pre-recording sales training content needed for improvement
