AI Workflow Strategist

Solutions Engineer

• You'll be embedded directly with client engineering teams — in their codebases, in their standups, in their friction
• Your job is to close the activation gap: run discovery on how engineering actually works today, identify where existing SDLC processes break when you introduce coding agents, and rewire how teams deliver software. Delivering change by building together and teaching by example
• Work alongside clients in their codebases, demonstrating agentic workflows in context
• Pair with individual engineers to help them cross the threshold from "I tried it" to "this has changed how I work every day"
• Teach by doing, making codebases agent-friendly with rules files, custom skills, MCPs, etc
• Run discovery with engineering leadership to map where the real workflow friction is — not where they think it is
• Identify how existing SDLC processes break when you introduce coding agents — QA bottlenecks, poorly scoped requirements, review debt — and redesign them
• Scope and deliver upskilling programmes built around the client's stack and culture, not generic content
• Document what's working and feed it back to the practice — you're helping build the playbook, not just running it
• Identify repeatable patterns across engagements and contribute to how Tribe scales this service

Infrastructure Engineer

• Get AI systems running inside client infrastructure — cloud, containers, CI/CD.
• Navigate enterprise constraints: production readiness reviews, governance gates.
• Debug what breaks in production: networking, DNS, connection pooling.
• Set up observability, cost controls, and deployment pipelines.
• Own the technical relationship with the client's IT, Infrastructure, and DevOps counterparts.
• Get things done inside organizations where you control nothing and depend on everyone.

Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer

• Develop and manage high-level project plans, timelines, and budgets — maintaining clear visibility on schedule, cost, and scope without micromanaging task-level execution
• Track milestone health (sprint goals, demo targets, major delivery blocks) and report status (R/Y/G) in internal weekly syncs — escalating Reds and Yellows as risks requiring immediate attention
• Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across the engagement — maintaining a living view of what could derail delivery and what is being done about it
• Participate in all governance ceremonies: internal and client kick-offs, stand-ups, retrospectives, and steering committee check-ins
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations before they go out the door
• Serve as the primary client contact for delivery: day-to-day project management, status transparency, and escalation handling
• Provide clear, honest reporting to internal and external stakeholders — leading with what matters, not just what happened
• Build trust with client stakeholders through consistency, follow-through, and the ability to have difficult conversations when delivery is at risk
• Track delivery scope and surface changes early — coordinating with the GM (commercial implications), PM (value and prioritization), and Technical Lead (feasibility) whenever scope shifts
• Own change control from a delivery perspective, ensuring that scope decisions are documented, understood, and agreed across all parties before execution changes
• Coordinate change management activities where applicable: user guides, training plans, communications, and rollout sequencing
• Ensure smooth handoff and adoption of deliverables — including internal readiness at the client to absorb what's being built
• Keep sales, product, and engineering aligned throughout the engagement — acting as the connective tissue that prevents information silos and prevents misalignment from festering into delivery problems
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes across engagements, contributing to Tribe's evolving delivery playbook

AI Delivery Lead

Recruitment

• Source, qualify, and interview candidates for our open roles, primarily in engineering and AI
• Assess candidates for technical background and culture alignment before passing them to hiring managers
• Stay in close communication with hiring managers, leading weekly pipeline reviews to keep searches on track
• Use Tribe's AI-powered platform to build outbound lead lists, manage pipelines, and qualify inbound candidates
• Act as an internal product partner — surface friction, flag bugs, and advocate for improvements directly with the engineering team
• Work with our Head of Talent to identify opportunities to automate and streamline the recruiting funnel
• Share candidates and best practices across the Recruiting team
• Help build the playbooks and processes that keep operations running smoothly as we scale
