• Define positioning and go-to-market strategies for our partner ecosystem.
• Lead initiatives that generate new pipelines and support buyer engagement across the customer journey.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive net new pipeline and ARR across inbound, outbound, and partner channels.
• Define and launch GTM strategies for partner solutions and integrations.
• Create compelling positioning and messaging that highlights the value of our partner ecosystem.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and inform partner-focused strategies.

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Frontend Engineer

• Leverage agentic-based AI tools (Cursor, Augment Code, Claude Code) to accelerate coding, refactoring, and problem-solving.
• Lead initiatives to decompose monolithic frontends into micro-frontend architectures; design scalable, resilient, and independently deployable UI services.
• Embrace lightweight, outcome-focused engineering practices and implement CI/CD for rapid, confident releases.
• Collaborate closely with peers through pair programming and knowledge sharing; make pragmatic technical decisions that balance innovation with stability.
• Help transform monolithic systems into event-driven architectures while working in small, high-performing teams (3-4 people).
• Build features for Trengo's AI-powered customer engagement platform across multiple channels and optimize developer workflows.
