• Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and SDR, driving consistent performance and pipeline growth.
• Coach the team on deal strategy, discovery, and value-based selling to improve win rates and deal quality. Be a role model, able to apply product knowledge and winning tactics in a hands-on and agile way.
• Own sales execution by setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and proactively removing blockers.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on positioning and customer needs.
• Contribute to scaling the sales playbook by identifying patterns, improving processes, and driving best practices.

• You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing Specialist to ensure our campaigns are sharp, data-driven, and high-performing.
• Supporting the setup and daily management of paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Turning fresh ideas into live tests by uploading creatives, testing copy variations, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Monitoring budgets and performance metrics to spot opportunities for improvement (with plenty of guidance, of course!).
• Supporting retargeting efforts and campaign expansions to help us reach the right people at the right time.
• Researching competitors and industry trends to propose the "next big thing" for our performance strategy.
