About the role
- Act as day-to-day point of contact for pharma, healthcare, and life sciences clients
- Oversee entire project lifecycle and ensure customized action plans achieve client objectives
- Resource a team of project managers and track project progress
- Prepare budgets and ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams
- Manage complexities of multiple projects, client relationships, budgets, timelines, and internal workflows
- Proactively address issues and manage risk to keep projects on track
- Serve as strategic partner and advisor to clients shaping marketing strategies and ensuring seamless execution
- Collaborate with Strategic, Creative, and Interactive service lines to develop comprehensive project plans
- Lead milestones and tasks of all projects including production resource allocations and timeline adjustments
- Serve as main liaison between team members, management, and client stakeholders
- Track client revisions and identify when Change Orders or new projects are needed
- Prepare weekly status reports for clients and internal teams via Asana and Slack
- Monitor project budgets through regular internal reviews
- Implement and uphold quality assurance procedures
- Contribute to strategy and share insights from client work and business with internal team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and communicate daily to manage project details
- Mentor and coach team members and collaborate with leadership on staffing and capacity needs
- Suggest and identify project delivery process improvements
- Conduct regular team member reviews and assessments
Requirements
- Experience with pharma, healthcare, and life sciences clients
- Project management skills including resource allocation, tracking progress, and budgeting
- Ability to prepare weekly status reports via Asana and Slack
- Knowledge of TrendyMinds tools and delivery processes
- Client relationship management and strong communication skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and scope changes
- Leadership experience mentoring and coaching team members
- Ability to conduct team member reviews and assessments
