About the role

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the process manufacturing and industrial sectors
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, plant managers, and operational stakeholders
  • Present TrendMiner’s platform and value proposition through live demos, proposals, and compelling business cases
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
  • Collaborate with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and deliver reliable sales forecasts
  • Represent TrendMiner at industry events, trade shows, and webinars
  • Continuously gather feedback from the market to inform go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • +3 years of Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, industrial technology, or data analytics solutions
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience with consultative selling
  • Affinity with our focus industries: Manufacturing Process industries, Food & Beverages, Chemicals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as German and/or French are a plus
  • Willingness and ability to be present in Hasselt on a weekly basis.
