About the role

Build solutions to secure data in SAAS applications
Develop Web-based applications and cloud-native APIs using Java
Deploy, debug and operate cloud-based applications on AWS ensuring high scalability, availability, performance, and cost optimization
Work with product manager to analyze requirements and create standardized solutions across partners
Work with Architect to create end-to-end cloud solution
Estimate, prioritize and plan project deliveries
Troubleshoot customer issues and work with appropriate development, product teams on end-to-end issue resolution
Participate in weekly code reviews and collaborate with engineering teams
Document user stories/use cases, functional specifications, and design

5+ Relevant years of solid experience in designing and development of native Cloud/API-based software solutions
Solid coding skills using Java programming language
Exposure to developing Web-based applications
Exposure to design and scaling solutions with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Expertise in deploying and debugging cloud-based applications using AWS
Experience working with NoSQL and SQL DB
Exposure to Micro-services Architecture for cloud components
Objective Oriented skills with ability to create clean interfaces and operate at the right levels of abstraction
Experience converting a problem statement to a design and implementation
Participate in weekly code reviews with Engineers
Ability to understand impact of code changes (programmable and logical)
Experience working with product managers and architects, estimating and prioritizing project deliveries
Troubleshoot customer issues and work with development and product teams on issue resolution
Document user stories/use cases, functional specifications, and design
