Account Representative

• Assist borrowers by negotiating and monitoring repayment arrangements
• Provides borrowers and authorized 3rd party representatives with detailed information about available repayment programs
• Counsels borrowers regarding the importance of repayment and the consequences of non-payment
• Researches and responds to borrower and employer correspondence
• Monitors accounts to ensure repayment is initiated as agreed to by the borrower

• Own Product-Led Growth
• Own the activation funnel from first session through paid conversion.
• Instrument the PLG funnel in Amplitude and define key activation benchmarks.

• Connect PLG initiatives directly to activation and conversion metrics.

• Own canonical URL strategy and MCP/UTM attribution governance at scale.
• Partner with Engineering on schema, indexing infrastructure and court taxonomy expansion.
• Track organic acquisition through in-product activation in Amplitude and GSC.
• Drive Roadmap, Delivery, and Reporting
• Maintain a clear, written roadmap for PLG and SEO initiatives.
• Write scoped product requirements that Engineering can execute without unnecessary back-and-forth.
• Run sprint priorities and unblock Engineering and Design independently.
• Proactively surface blockers, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Deliver a consistent weekly written update covering roadmap status, experiment results, key decisions and blockers.

QA Engineer

• Design and build automated systems that identify data quality issues, product bugs, and regressions across our web application and data pipelines — reducing reliance on manual discovery.
• Write scripts and tooling to detect anomalies, inconsistencies, or failures in large datasets (e.g. malformed records, missing relationships, unexpected distributions).
• Work with product to prioritize identified issues based on business impact, and write or contribute code fixes directly — not just file tickets.
• Develop and maintain automated test coverage (unit, integration, end-to-end) with a focus on high-risk areas and data-heavy workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to review data models, API contracts, and backend logic for correctness and edge cases.
• Instrument quality metrics and build internal tooling or dashboards to track data health and product reliability over time.
• Contribute to release readiness by running automated checks and surfacing risk areas with supporting data.

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead and contribute directly to full-stack product development, from back-end services and APIs to front-end experiences and templates.
• Build scalable features using large datasets, turning complex legal information into clear, useful, and customer-facing product experiences.
• Partner closely with Product and Design to translate requirements into thoughtful, reliable, and well-executed applications.
• Triage incoming technical issues, bugs, and product requests, helping the team prioritize the right work and stay focused.
• Manage and support engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback, coaching, career development, and project guidance.
• Collaborate with back-end, data science and R&D engineers on large-scale data initiatives, system improvements, and product launches.
