Compliance

• As a Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting with compliance initiatives with specific focus on regulatory change management.
• This role is responsible for supporting strategies to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies.
• In addition, you will be accountable for raising awareness on compliance matters.
• With guidance and oversight, assist in providing information for non-financial market regulatory activities, including market conduct exams, interrogatories, surveys, and data calls.
• Maintain awareness of matters related to compliance with laws, regulations, applicable company policies, and ethical behavior.
• Review and communicate new or revised laws, regulations, bulletins, and regulatory publications of applicable to Travelers business.
• Provide support to applicable business partners on assigned legal/regulatory change matters to implement and/or modify business processes, systems, or workflows to ensure compliance.
• Monitor, track and respond to inquiries from business partners and third parties pertaining to regulatory changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
