About the role
- Build and manage a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/agents
- Educate members about TravClan and manage 100-200 business accounts
- Work closely with finance, product, and marketing teams to improve processes
- Ensure customer delight while managing agents' grievances
- Host country-wide offline and online events/meet-ups
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the travel industry
- Comfortable with sales/targets
- Ability to speak with customers on call for a minimum of 4-5 hours daily
- Good at resolving customer queries or escalations
- Willing to work long hours i.e. 10 - 12 hours daily
- Excited about working on Saturdays
