- Oversee and manage employee issues
- Inspect and resolve issues by measuring and interpreting data
- Pull reports and conduct audits to comply with laws and regulations

- Provide advice and support to diverse stakeholder groups in management of industrial and employment relations matters
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sydney Trains leadership, unions, legal, state and federal groups
Requirements
- Experienced employee relations professional
- Understanding of employment laws and conventions
- Understanding of public sector employment policies and processes
- Great communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and build relationships with numerous stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and meet deadlines while balancing priorities
