• Full life-cycle sourcing, recruiting, and placement of qualified drivers to fill open orders for TransForce customers.
• Utilize various internal and external sources to find candidates and ensure ongoing customer success.
• Deliver on regional objectives to contribute to company success and sustained growth of Driver Count.
• Provide best-in-class safety and compliance and develop strategy for onboarding and retaining drivers.
• Foster employer-of-choice environment and support learning culture using OKR process to propagate best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales partners, Market Manager, Driver Hiring Specialist, and Operations to ensure proper placement and retention.
• Seek local sources for high-quality applicants and build community relationships to promote TransForce brand.
• Prioritize complete applications, interview and sell drivers on Employment Solutions, and explain benefits and open orders.
• Generate reports and maintain recruiting and candidate data in all company systems.
• Maintain daily contact with drivers during in-processing and perform check calls to reduce turnover risk.
• Utilize market data and escalate compensation concerns to leadership.
