What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including leadership or enterprise-level roles
Proven experience leading recruiting teams in a dotted-line or matrix environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
Experience in staffing, transportation, logistics, or high-volume recruiting environments preferred
Demonstrated success in developing recruiter capabilities and improving performance
Strong influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
