About the role

  • Manage the full Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle and process supplier invoices
  • Support purchase ledger activities and monthly cost analysis
  • Participate in customer invoicing and monitor accounts receivable
  • Manage fixed assets (movements, depreciation, inventory)
  • Support VAT returns, tax calculations, and reconciliations
  • Record bank statements, prepare payments, and support cash flow monitoring
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, audits, and internal projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
  • Fluent English
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles
  • Confident Excel user; Navision BC or Xero experience is a plus
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • 2+ years of accounting or finance experience (Nice to have)
  • Master’s degree in Accounting (Nice to have)
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification (Nice to have)
  • Certified Tax Advisor (Nice to have)
